Getting a Taxi Booking Service From 0 to the First 50 Bookings from UAE & KSA.

My Wayze offers chauffered transport and online taxi services. Users seeking such services increasingly use digital channels to discover services and arrange journeys. The business needed to establish a recognisable brand and attract users to its mobile applications across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Our work focused on creating a consistent brand presence, reaching relevant audiences through paid media and improving the discoverability of the My Wayze apps on both iOS and Android.

My Wayz had no bookings from either market, lacking a proven acquisition strategy to turn audience interest into confirmed rides.

The brand lacked strong visibility among travellers seeking reliable transportation services across the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

The business lacked a clear path to convert app downloads into registrations, ride searches, and completed bookings.

The business lacked a repeatable customer acquisition approach to generate bookings consistently across both markets.

My Wayz lacked targeted visibility for high-intent searches related to airport transfers, hotel pickups, and intercity journeys.
UAE & KSA, both markets have established transportation providers and app-based alternatives. Hence, My Wayze needed to communicate its value clearly and give potential users a reason to consider booking rides via a new platform.
As a mobility offering targeting the UAE and Saudi Arabia, My Wayze needed to turn initial market interest into its first confirmed ride bookings. The priority was to attract users who were likely to book a journey, rather than simply increase brand exposure.
Paid campaigns needed to generate bookings without allowing customer acquisition costs to outweigh the value of each ride. My Wayze needed to assess campaign performance against first bookings and completed rides, not just clicks or installs.
The two markets presented separate opportunities to acquire ride-booking customers. Campaigns needed to reach relevant audiences in each market and identify which targeting and messaging approaches generated actual bookings.
Securing initial bookings was only the starting point. My Wayze needed a repeatable acquisition approach that could bring in new customers consistently and create opportunities for repeat usage.
Download volume alone could not establish whether marketing was attracting valuable users. The business needed a way to evaluate acquisition performance through relevant indicators such as cost per install, registrations and first bookings, where tracking was available.
An app installation did not guarantee a confirmed user. The challenge was to move users from discovering and downloading the app to registering, entering their journey details and completing their first ride & repeat purchase.

We developed branding elements to give My Wayze a recognisable visual identity across its digital touchpoints. This established a consistent foundation for advertising creatives, app promotion and other customer-facing communications.

We designed and developed a user-focused website to showcase My Wayz’s transportation services, highlight key destinations, and guide potential customers towards booking a ride.

We planned and executed Meta advertising to introduce My Wayze to relevant audiences and encourage application adoption. Campaign messaging and creative assets were aligned with the objective of driving users towards the apps rather than treating reach and engagement as the final measure of success.

We used paid search as an additional acquisition channel to reach users whose searches indicated interest in relevant mobility or transportation services. The strategy was intended to complement social advertising by capturing existing intent, rather than relying exclusively on demand generated through social media.

We optimised website content around relevant transportation and ride-booking searches, improving opportunities to attract users actively looking for mobility services and direct them towards the app.

We structured service information around common passenger questions, making key details easier to find in direct-answer search results and helping potential customers understand the offering before downloading the app.

We strengthened the clarity and consistency of My Wayz's brand and service information to improve its potential for discovery across AI-powered search and recommendation experiences.

We optimised eligible Google Business Profiles (GMB) and location-specific content targeting key airports, hotels, landmarks, and intercity routes across the UAE and Saudi Arabia to improve local search visibility.
