Building acquisition frameworks across search engines and social media for a UAE-based financial consultancy firm.

HFA Consulting is a Dubai financial advisory firm covering tax consultancy, VAT, corporate tax, bookkeeping, payroll outsourcing and business setup for companies across the UAE. Its consultants are registered with the Federal Tax Authority, a credential that carries weight with any owner facing a filing deadline, yet the firm's online presence was a generic single-page template that gave visitors no reason to stay and no way to get in touch. Hyperminds was engaged to rebuild the brand, the website and the wider digital footprint so the right audience could find HFA and become clients.

Advisory work is bought on trust, and a stock one-page layout offers none of the proof that earns it. HFA lacked clear service information and conversion paths that would inform the visitor or guide them to enquiry.

The site had no service pages, no consultation prompt at the point of decision, and no form that told the team what the visitor needed. Someone worried about a VAT penalty had nowhere obvious to turn.

Without location pages, or articles that tied UAE regulation to the sectors HFA serves, search engines had little evidence that the firm belonged in results for Dubai and Sharjah.

FTA registration, post-service monitoring and a structured four-step process set HFA apart from firms that only file returns, but none of it appeared where a prospect would read it.
The roadmap prioritised high-intent service acquisition, a clearer website conversion journey, and stronger organic visibility to help HFA Consulting turn its digital presence into an acquisition engine.
Research search demand and commercial intent across VAT consultancy, business setup, bookkeeping, and payroll outsourcing to prioritise PPC investment around services most likely to generate qualified enquiries.
Structure the website around HFA’s core services, with clearer navigation, informative service pages, and prominent consultation calls to action to guide visitors towards relevant enquiries.
Develop service-specific landing pages targeting relevant UAE searches, supported by educational blogs addressing tax regulations, compliance requirements, and common business questions.
Optimise service content, FAQs, and question-led information to make HFA’s expertise easier to interpret and discover across AI-powered search and answer experiences.
Strengthen location-relevant service content and optimise HFA’s Google Business Profile where applicable to improve discovery among businesses seeking professional support in the UAE.
Use Google PPC to capture high-intent searches and Meta Ads to reach relevant business audiences, promote specific services, and retarget interested visitors. Track enquiries and qualified-lead costs to guide campaign optimisation and budget allocation.
A professional website and optimized content gave HFA a professional presence that would attract and convert the right audience.

We focused on creating a clear, service-led website experience that helps business owners find relevant support and understand HFA’s offerings. Navigation clearly guided the visitor to relevant service pages to move the visitor from exploring the website to making an enquiry.

Our SEO efforts covered conversion-focused landing pages for VAT consultancy & payroll outsourcing. Informational blogs mainly addressed VAT registration thresholds, bookkeeping practices & payroll compliance. The efforts were meant to increase traffic at the top of the funnel & aid better conversion.

Our AEO and GEO efforts included addressing questions such as "when a UAE business needs to register for VAT". In content we implemented clear headings, concise explanations, and relevant FAQs. Clear service information was meant to support discoverability across traditional and AI-powered search.

Location-specific landing pages for the areas HFA serves, backed by blog articles that connect UAE regulation to named sectors, such as VAT treatment for tourism and education businesses, so search engines read the firm as a UAE specialist rather than a generic provider.

We targeted high-intent searches for VAT consultancy, business setup & bookkeeping through separate campaigns and service-specific landing pages. We A/B tested campaigns and retained the high-performing ad groups to improve CRO and reduce cost/lead. Our ad campaigns on Meta targeted audiences seeking VAT registration services.

Plain-language guides on questions owners must actually settle, such as how to outsource payroll, or whether educational services are exempt, zero-rated or taxable for VAT, written to rank for planning-stage searches and to show the team's command of regulation before the first call.
Success was measured in qualified enquiries and the search visibility that feeds them:
